| Course and Valuation | One teammate has to pass a 6.2 m/10 km long course by mountain bike. The other team partner has to run a 4.7 m/7.5 km long jogging course. The mountain bike course is partly on asphalt, partly on challenging forest tracks. The jogging course is on asphalt. Before the competition starts, all competitors have to determine their OwnZone® (OZV- High) for the particular discipline (mountain bike or running). All competitors have to complete the whole game with a pulse rate within the determined OwnZone. The overall time in-zone including the change will be measured. |

| Course | The teams have to navigate an off-road trail track within a specified maximum time while the driver is blindfolded. The co-driver has to give navigation support from outside the car. Each team member does one run. There will be an evaluation of both team members' results. All drivers have to wear helmets. |
| Demands for the tires | Traction will be improved by lowered inflation pressure. There is a great demand on the tire under many different conditions. Heavy stress on the sidewall and tread pattern. |
| Demands for the driver | Vehicle control under extreme conditions, sensitive handling of the vehicle, skillful and circumspect driving, teamwork, appropriate use of brake and throttle as well as gear choice. |
| Demands for co-driver | Navigation, give suitable commands, teamwork. |
| Valuation | The drivers' skills will be evaluated. Knocked down poles or trail balls, multiple attempts to pass a pole gate, leaving the track as well as damage to the vehicles will be evaluated with penalty time. Exceeding the maximum specified time will result in DNF. Each driver has one attempt to pass the special stage. |
