Back when Eric was a kid, the boys in his neighborhood tried to get their hands on magazines with Farrah Fawcett and Cheryl Tiegs on the cover. Eric, on the other hand, set his sights on other types of “models” by going out and buying the newest car magazines and fantasizing about the cars, hoping to one day have a sweet ride of his own.
And speaking of fantasizing, when Eric closes his eyes he dreams of driving on the Autobahn in excess of 200 MPH. But when he opens his eyes, reality sets in and he realizes that his best chance of winning the Dunlop Drivers Cup is by being consistent and placing near the top of the field in each event. It may not be the most glamorous approach, but it is certainly a sound approach.
