Garrett's love affair with cars started at the tender age of three when he helped his dad upgrade a '64 Ranchero by dropping a 289 with a four-barrel Holly and a four on-the-floor into it. But that wasn't his greatest achievement. Later in life he converted a '98 Ford F-150 into an off-road truck making it durable, fast and fun to drive!
Garrett believes that he will need to stay completely focused at all times during the Dunlop Drivers Cup competition. He's banking on a driving style that's attentive, fast and aggressive, yet controlled. That sounds like a pretty well thought-out plan!
